  1. Senior Legal Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced legal consultation in corporate law, international contracts, arbitration, investment, and commercial disputes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts in accordance with international standards.
  • Manage high-level legal files and represent clients in litigation and arbitration.
  • Prepare strong legal memoranda supported by precedents and legal research.
  • Conduct risk assessments and offer practical legal solutions.
  • Supervise junior lawyers and lead legal teams.
  • Maintain professional communication with local and international clients.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in a reputable law firm.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
  • Proven experience in drafting contracts and handling commercial arbitration cases.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance, strong presence, and exceptional client-handling skills.
  1. Legal Assistant

Job Description:

  • Support the legal team in preparing documents, organizing case files, and managing daily legal tasks.
  • Conduct legal research and gather information required for cases.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, attending hearings, and taking minutes.
  • Track deadlines, case timelines, and follow up on court dates.
  • Coordinate communication with clients and official authorities.
  • Prepare basic drafts for contracts, memoranda, forms, and meeting notes.
  • Organize physical and digital files and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably from a reputable university).
  • Strong Arabic skills and very good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PDF editing, Excel, and email communication.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.
  1. Office Administrator / Reception

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and greet clients in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and appointments for the management team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Oversee office logistics, hospitality, maintenance, and supply needs.
  • Prepare daily and weekly administrative reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including case preparation logistics.
  • Handle calls, emails, and front-office communication effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience in a law firm or corporate office.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and high confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
